2. Before starting the rotary cutting machine, carefully check all parts, all fasteners shall be in a reliable locking state, and the rotating parts shall be free from blocking.
3. The hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical control in the rotary cutting machine shall be operated in strict accordance with the instructions.
4. No one is allowed to stand between the two knife rest rolls of the rotary cutting machine.
5. The lubricating parts of the rotary cutting machine shall be regularly filled with lubricating oil. Except for the servo motor box, the rest of the transmission boxes shall be filled with lubricating grease.
To sum up, the operator shall carefully read the operation manual when using the rotary cutting machine stone, and conduct installation, adjustment and use only after having a comprehensive understanding. If the position of the rear limit switch changes due to other reasons, please readjust the position of the photoelectric switch according to the dimension marked on the data plate of the machine tool.
