The production of hot press is closely related to our life. Many plate production can not be separated from hot press, but occasionally there are some problems that make us headache. Let's see what problems we will encounter and how to deal with these problems.
Problem 1 - plywood debonding. The reasons for this situation are: uneven glue application or insufficient glue content; too low hot pressing temperature or too short time; too much water content of single board; too long aging time leading to drying of glue solution. Corresponding treatment methods: pay attention to proper dosage and uniform application when applying glue; increase the hot pressing temperature and extend the hot pressing time; strictly control the water content of the board; control the aging time.
Question 2 - plywood blisters. There are three reasons for this problem: the hot pressing temperature is too high or the speed of pressure reduction is too fast; the water content of single board is large or the drying treatment is uneven; the condensation degree of resin is not enough. Solution: in the second stage of the depressurization process, the speed should be slow, and the hot pressing temperature should be reduced at the same time; the water content of the single board is generally between 8% - 12%, which must be strictly controlled; when selecting resin, it is necessary to check the resin quality and select the resin that meets the regulations.
Question 3 - plywood thickness is outside the allowable difference. Causes of the problem: the pressing plate or plunger is inclined; the hot pressing quantity in each interval is too large; the calculation of plywood slab thickness is wrong. Treatment plan: adjust the machine to the level before work; adopt the technology of one sheet one press; calculate and adjust the slab matching thickness.
