The operation parameters of the cyclone dust remover mainly include: the inlet air velocity of the dust remover, the temperature of the treated gas and the inlet mass concentration of the dusty gas, etc.
1) Inlet air velocity. For a certain size of the cyclone dust collector, the increase of the inlet air velocity can not only improve the treatment gas volume, but also effectively improve the separation efficiency, but also increase the pressure drop. When the inlet air velocity increases to a certain value, the separation efficiency may decrease, the wear will be intensified, and the service life of the dust remover will be shortened. Therefore, the inlet air velocity should be controlled within the range of 18-23m / s.
2) Temperature of the treated gas. Because the gas temperature increases, its viscosity becomes larger, so that the centripetal force of dust particles increases, so the separation efficiency will decrease. Therefore, there should be a larger inlet air velocity and a smaller cross-section velocity for the dust remover running at high temperature.
3) Inlet mass concentration of dusty gas. When the concentration is high, large particle dust has obvious carrying effect on small particle dust, which shows that the separation efficiency is improved.
