Explain the reason of non-uniformity of automatic turning line

Under the condition that the wood in the automatic rotary cutting line is too thin and bent, because of the powerful automatic feeding pressure of the machine during the rotary cutting process, the wood will be forced to press straight and rotary cutting, and when the wood is rotated out of the machine, it will shrink with the original bending, resulting in uneven bending. The manufacturer claims that the density and the degree of dryness and wetness of both sides of the wood are different, which results in the difference of the flatness of the board surface that is cut by rotary cutting, so the selection of wood is also a key. The periodicity of the board is uneven. Cause: the internal and external surfaces of the board are too heavy, the knife is too low or too high, and the single and double roller bearings have too much clearance. Troubleshooting: adjust the height of cutter position correctly and replace the single and double roller bearings.

The thickness of the two ends of the remaining wood shaft is inconsistent, and the board surface is fan-shaped. Causes: the height of the two ends of the knife is inconsistent, the knife gap at both ends of the knife is inconsistent, the single roller bearing is damaged, the screw is loose and falls off, the slide pillow, bottom bar, slide screw are loose, and the lead screw feed is inconsistent. Troubleshooting: the manufacturer points out that the height difference between the two ends of the knife will cause the thickness of both sides of the board to be thick while the thickness of one side is thin, resulting in a large head and a small head of the inclined skin and wood core. The wood axis on the high side of the knife is thin, and the wood axis on the low side of the knife is thick.

The wood is too dry or too hard, the carbon brush of electromagnetic clutch is falsely connected, and the gap between the two sides of the tool table is not adjusted properly. Troubleshooting: re sharpen the tool to a sharp point and polish it with oilstone. When the cutting position is too high and the cutting seam is too large, the wood will jump when the remaining part of the rotary cutting is very small, and the board surface appears the shape of curtain surface, and the wood core is square or hexagonal.
