Single roll reducer: drive the power reduction part of single roll motor. Feed reducer: power reduction part of drive feed motor. Feed motor: used to drive the reducer and drive the rotation of feed lead screw. Automatic adjustment knife seam support: used to fix the single roller drive assembly and complete the adjustment knife seam function. Automatic tool sewing track: it is used to adjust the slope of the front and back stroke, so as to complete the change of the diameter of the wood from large to small during the rotary cutting to the automatic tool sewing.
The working principle of the machine is different from that of the common machine. During rotary cutting, the digested wood section is stuck between the two feeding rollers and the indenter by the feeder. The wood section is driven by the rotating roller to do the main rotary motion, and the linear motion of the roller pushes the wood section to do the feeding motion relative to the cutter.
