With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, decoration and building materials industry has also been unprecedented development. At the same time, it also puts forward new and higher requirements for the production of wood-based panels and veneers. But now most people can not have a good understanding of the manufacturing process of veneer. In order to solve this problem, I will introduce the process of veneer (commonly known as veneer) and the role of the veneer cutter in the whole process.
The production of veneer is mainly divided into two steps, which are the first step: veneer, commonly known as veneer, is produced by rotary cutting machine. The second step: the laminating machine automatically retracts the veneer.

The pith ray of oak is cut at a small angle, so as to reduce the appearance of "scale" wood grain as much as possible, and to produce straight grain wood skin. Lengthwise slicing – place the flat saw board horizontally through the fixed slicing knife, and cut out the veneer from the bottom of the board. The texture pattern of the lengthways cut wood veneer varies.
In the second step, the folding machine automatically folds the veneer cut in the first step, which has the characteristics of high speed, high tidiness and high working efficiency compared with manual closing.
